In this job, you will design and develop refrigerators, mobile sanitary systems and related components. As a member of the Engineering department, you will take part in multidisciplinary project teams and contribute to the improvement of existing products. You will also be the contact person for the organisation, the suppliers and the customers for the activities you will have been allocated.
For this varied job, in which you are given the freedom to develop your talents by participating in various interesting projects, we are looking for an enthusiastic, creative colleague with a technical college degree (mechanical engineering). You must be fluent in English and preferably German, and have experience in 3-D design. You have the attitude required to finish projects on time. Technical project manager for innovative consumer products Position based in The Netherlands.
In this job, you will manage product development projects for refrigerators, mobile sanitary systems and related components. You will represent the Engineering department’s multidisciplinary project teams and will supervise a number of project engineers. You will be the central point of contact for all project communication and project progress reports. As a project manager, you are able to solve project bottlenecks in a creative manner.
For this varied and independent job, we are looking for an enthusiastic, creative colleague with a technical background (degree in mechanical engineering or industrial design). You must also have a few years of relevant (managerial) experience, preferably in the field of synthetic products. Experience in 3-D design is a definite advantage. You are fluent in English as well as German. You have the attitude required to finish projects on time and you are able to motivate and stimulate team members in such a way that they achieve optimal results. A project manager with good communication skills and an eye for quality Position based in The Netherlands.
As a project manager, you will manage, supervise, plan and monitor product and development projects. You will create and monitor the business case, project and phase planning and are able to manage risks and changes. You will also be responsible for the project administration and you will report to stakeholders throughout the project. You will manage projects using the Prince2 Project Management methodology, with which you will be able to guide and motivate the team. You think it is challenging to ensure that the project yields the required products against the requisite quality standards within the set budget and schedule.
You have a degree from a technical college or university. You are a born leader, able to persuade and coach people. You are decisive, flexible and immune to stress. In addition to planning, progress monitoring and reporting skills, you have experience with project management methodologies. You have working knowledge of the entire MS-Office suite, are able to speak and write English and German fluently, and have good contact skills.
